Short Intensive or Extension courses can only be taken by students who need to retake a module or those who already have some previous knowledge of the subject. Private lessons can be organised and are booked in 5 slots at a time. The private fee is £85.00 for 5 slots, each slot is one hour. Application process

Arabic Calligraphy Module 1
- Historical development of Arabic Calligraphy
- Arabic Alphabets both joined and independent using a Reed Pen
- The science of perfect proportion by the measurement of Rombhoids
- Writing your initials correctly with proportion of the script
- Similarities and diffrences in the scripts
- Study a few calligraphy works
- Final draft on canvass
Fiqh of Ibadah Module 1 This course will cover the basic essentials that Muslim women need to know. We will be covering a basic overview of Islamic Jurisprudence with a particular emphasis on its application for women: - Purity Taharah – Water, Istinja, Wudhu, Tayyamum, Menstruation and Ghusl.
- Basic knowledge, performance and common mistakes of the prayer [Pre-requisites, units, actions of the prayer, what validates and invalidates, Adhan and Duas]
- Women and Fasting [including Ramadan and issues related]
- Women and payment of the Zakah
- Women and the Hajj and Umrah [including Ihram for women]
- Mannerism of the Muslim Women [inc behaviour and dress code]
- Spirituality and Muslim Women [inc Quran and recommended Duas]
Al-Jazariyyah Module 1 The first half of Al Muqaddimah Al-Jazariyyah. Students will be taught the poem/text in Arabic and be given an explanation of the verses in English with examples. It will be optional to memorise the poem. Part 2 of this module will commence once part 1 has been completed successfully. - Introduction and biography of the author – Ibn Jazariyy
