If you are a native speaker of Arabic or have studied Arabic at graduate level and enjoy teaching Arabic and Islamic studies then you could join the Habiba team. Habiba Institute will recruit enthusiastic qualified teachers with relevant teaching experience. Tajwid teachers are expected to hold an Ijazah in Qur'an recitation from a qualified Qur'an scholar.

Joining the pool of Habiba teaching team also means you will join a group of enthusiastic teachers who are involved in research, criticism and study of Arabic / Islamic pedagogy. This process would include:

1. Training period for the new teacher
2. Observation and evaluation of your teaching
3. Quarterly INSET programmes where you will learn and share teaching methods that were successful in your own teaching. In this meeting you will have the chance to present your own teaching and have this evaluated by all the team.
4. Contribute towards course material in the course pack
